Job Description
1. Create and implement marketing plan & strategy to support the creation of brand image and brand building in the market
2. Responsible to do market research & analyst to decide marketing plan
3. Responsible for total brand management including brand growth, product selection, budget management, planning of promotion activities and achieving sales target
4. Responsible to win market competition, evaluating and creating innovation to increase sales revenue
5. Monitoring marketing campaign and activities for further development or innovation
6. Create strategy and execute marketing activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
7. Develop sales tools or new way of promotion activities
8. Create and manage marketing budget
Job Specification
1. Managing / monitoring team performance under marketing department
2. Communicate to all department related to implement / run program
3. Evaluating, reporting and improving sales target, marketing activities and budget
4. Collaboration with other brands related
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in marketing / management / communication / related
2. Has 3 - 5 years as marketing / brand manager, prefer in F&B Retail Company
3. Sales oriented
4. Excellent knowledge in sales and marketing (marketing strategies and sales techniques)
5. Good leadership and able to work in team
6. Fluent in English
7. Able to communicate well and creative
8. Able to work under pressure
