Qualifications & experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 2+ years of experience as General Manager, Assistant Manager, Receptionist, administrative assistant is a plus
- English is a must, Japanese is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and common office equipment
- Strong Sales & Administration skills
- Bachelor degree
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for overall office operations.
- Develop good customer relationships.
- Smooth out problems within the workplace.
- Support office staff and executives with clerical tasks
- Greet Clients, Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
- Organize and provide documents, reports and information.
- Managing database and administrative systems
- Handle vendor invoice and make payment voucher
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies; request repair or restocking when necessary
Benefit
Salary 7,000,000 - 8,000,000 (or based on skills and experiences)
