Deskripsi pekerjaan Assistant Finance Manager PT Deneva (DomaiNesia)
- Assist in all aspects of operating a finance department
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Research and resolve accounting issues
- Assist in managing cash flow
- Maintain and report financial information
- Create and analyze financial reports
- Work closely with team
- Assist with accounting and financial activities, including treasury, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, income statements, and financial reporting
- Maintain records in accounting systems, including maintenance of general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, and journal entry preparation and posting
- Perform other accounting duties and special projects as assigned
- Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and reporting systems; identify and implement improvements
- Review and approve bills for payment and invoices for payment and coding
- Prepare and process payroll for all company employees
- Identify and resolve problematic invoicing issues
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain petty cash records, and reconcile cash receipts and expenditures
- Perform other accounting duties
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Experd in Accounting is a must)
- 5+ years proven leadership experience in a senior financial role
- Exhibits strong analytical, coordination, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and Indonesia Tax regulation
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experd with Jurnal application
