Job description:
- Check all journal entry by system and document
- Responsible for monthly or quarterly closing and supporting in carrying out in Finance Department
- Prepare analysis of accounts and accounting data as requested
- Ensure all ledgers be accountable
- Responsible for stock take
- Preparing a report about Merchandise cycle count
- Responsible for inventory stocktake and costing
- Assist for calculating and reporting tax : VAT
- Responsible for management asset
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting with minimun GPA 3.00
- Brevet A and B
- Experience in Accountant Public
- Experience as Accounting Supervisor position minimal 5 years
- Experience in Accounting Reporting & Cost controll
- Proficiency in Accounting Software, Microsoft Office especially in Excel (Pivot & Vlookup)
- Can work as a team member and independently and be proactive in completing work
- Great at multitasking and be able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-pace environment
