Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Conduct research to find clinic customers for Sirka's products, analyzing trends and competitors for Sirka's market strategy.
- Develop and execute business plans to expand Sirka's distribution and clinic referrals.
- Build relationships with potential Sirka clients, especially in B2B medical trading, to support product fulfillment.
- Coordinate teams to launch Sirka's operations in new areas, ensuring quality, timing, and budget compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field; medical background is a plus.
- 3-5 years sales or business development experience, preferably in medical sales.
- Proficient in market trend analysis.
- Skilled in business plan creation and implementation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experienced in leading successful projects and teams.
- Capable of motivating teams towards goals.
- Adaptable to changing circumstances.
