Job Descriptions:
- Communicate with customers through chat tools such as Whatsapp, calls and help customers solve after-sales problems fastly
- Do a good job in after-sales cases logistics tracking, help customers check order status in a timely manner and appease customers.
- Assist with warranty claims, technical issues, complaints, orders, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries.
- Responsible for the tracking and monitoring of all sales channels after-sales cases.
- Regular output after-sales reports and RMA rate analysis.
- Respond customers in timely manner even in weekend.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, any field.
- Clear mind, quick thinking, good after-sales service awareness, patient and meticulous work, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in English is a must
- Good communication skills - verbal and written, listening skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiar with the basic process and basic knowledge of shopping platforms
