Jobs Description:
- Make an expense report.
- Update system fleet management internal.
- Monitoring E-Money balance dan operational Expenses.
- Breakdown GPS Report & E-money.
- Download the Timesheet from the internal system Abhitrans & asking for approval to the client.
- Input daily order document
- Responsible for the tidiness of both softcopy and hardcopy documents
Requirement:
- Diploma degree
- 1-year experience as an operational admin
- Familiar with Excel ( Reporting )
- Possess SIM A
