About the Role :
As an Admin Merchandiser at Howel and Co, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our merchandising operations. You'll be at the heart of our retail strategy, supporting the coordination of product launches, managing inventory, and maintaining crucial relationships with suppliers and internal teams. This dynamic position requires a blend of administrative prowess, organizational finesse, and a keen eye for detail.
What you will do :
- Prepare for product launches on TikTok, Shopee, and Tokopedia, ensuring all necessary content and materials are in place for a successful launch.
- Conduct follow-ups and double-check catalog updates before distributing them to the team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform weekly checks on catalogs to ensure they are up-to-date and reflect the latest product information and availability.
- Verify and input delivery orders (DO) and shipping documents from suppliers into the system, maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.
- Manage and update promotions on various e-commerce platforms and internal systems, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to follow up on sample orders and stock availability for endorsement, maintaining strong relationships to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Create lists of new products, including relevant details such as pricing, descriptions, and images, to facilitate their addition to the company's inventory.
- Generate purchase orders (POs) based on confirmed orders from management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Handle the process of returning merchandise to suppliers, including obtaining authorization, coordinating logistics, and updating inventory records accordingly.
What we are looking for :
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and analysis.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and processes efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and focused to achieve objectives.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, particularly in a retail or merchandising setting.
