Job Description
- Responsible for all administrative matters
- Responsible for end to end category campaign/promotion product (e.g. prepare draft promotion and legal agreements)
- Work closely and report to senior staff MD team
- Provide "in office" administrative and operational support to senior staff
- Make sure the execution & close monitor of daily tasks
- Make sure all the preparations is on track and ready to tackle all the obstacle along the way
- Involve in collaboration with other division
- Requirements
- Preferably have minimum 1 year experience in administrative role, fresh graduates are welcome
- Good personality & communication skills
- Excellent with data, preferably Microsoft Office Excel skills
- Administrative and organization skills
- Proactive and able to give insight to achieve common goals
- Detail oriented person
- Work well within a team, but also be self-motivated and working productively
- Have good understanding of e-commerce working pace
- Good time management
- Have a flexible approach and be enthusiastic for taking various tasks
