Requirements :
• Female, max. 27 years
• Have min. 1 year experience in related field
• Minimal High school / Vocational school
• Have ability to operate Ms. Office
• Understands the basic of Customer Engagement & Relationship
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respons to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effective and negotiation
• Can handle customer database on the system
• Domicile in Jakarta
• Can join ASAP
Responsibilities :
• Handle complaints, provide a good solutions and follow up to ensure resolution via phone, email, whatsapp, Etc
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• Make a report claim and report all data by email and etc to Managements & Manager
• Make MOM (Minutes of Meeting), daily and monthly reports
