Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin & Tax Specialist PT. STIF INDONESIA
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing Monthly Value Added Tax (VAT) & Withholding Tax (WHT)
- Responsible for prepare Annual Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Calculation
- Prepare monthly VAT Returns by using e-SPT/e-Bukpot/e-Faktur
- Responsible for monthly tax reconciliation with accounting department
- Ensure the accuracy and timely payment and submission of monthly and annual tax reports
- Research and interpret tax regulations to ensure compliance with Indonesia tax laws.
- Assist in tax planning and strategy development to minimize tax liabilities.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including managing files, data entry, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Assist in resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
- May assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Taxation/Accounting
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in related field.
- 1-2 Years of Experience in Related Fields.
- Hold Brevet A & B Certification will be an advantage.
- Have working experience in Public Accounting Firm (KAP) will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Tax Knowledge, Thorough understanding and mastery of various tax regulations, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 4 (2), corporate income tax (PPh badan), and value-added tax (PPN).
- Proficiency in e-faktur, e-bupot, unifikasi, e-spt, facilitating efficient tax data management and reporting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheet.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
