Responsibilities
- Assist finance and accounting team with clerical duties and managing company assets.
- Support treasurer in invoicing, payment processing, and managing petty cash flow.
- Coordinate with procurement for purchase orders and payments.
- Inform suppliers of any changes, agreements, and payment options.
- Monitor project budgets and replenish funds as needed.
- Maintain and update purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
- Archive financial documentation and update accounting databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance from a reputable university.
- Previous experience in the construction industry or similar.
- Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Excel or MS Access.
- Ability to remain focused and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent mathematical, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in manual bookkeeping and accounting software.
