Deskripsi pekerjaan ACCOUNTING STAFF (RA) PT. Mindo Small Business Solutions
Job Description:
- Record payments for Vendors and validate it
- Processing, issuing, and disputing invoices
- AP and AR aging review
- Respond to emails and requests related to the Accounting
- Perform reconciliation of financial data (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
- Analyze financial information, extract essential information, and report the findings
- Assisting the monthly income statement preparation related to revenue
- Provide research and compile evidence for a variety of Finance investigations
- Handle escalations and follow up with teams related to any of the Finance issues, and communicate by email in a professional manner
- Maintain Finance-Accounting records and reports
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting
- English Language proficiency is a must
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate Excel) Google Suite skills, especially Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Prior Accounting experience is a must
- Willingness to learn and master new skills, (software, and online tools)
- Experienced in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
- Good communication, strong analytical thinking, working well in a team, trustworthy, able to take initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills are essential for this position
