NOTCH is a Creative Marketing Agency located in South Jakarta. Focus on providing digital services to our clients, such as social media management, KOL/ influencers, productions, website development & maintenance, media placement and more. We love explore ideas to lift up our client's brand.
Job description:
- Acquiring new clients, expanding networks as well as maintaining current ones.
- Fostering good relations with both new and existing clients, including understand client needs and handle the negotiation (proposal) process.
- Handling day-to-day activities with clients in relation with project control and monitoring. Serving as the main contact related their inquiries.
- Presenting and demonstrating the digital campaign ideas & estimating budget to clients & prospective clients.
- Assist challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Identifies and solves the problems.
- Formulated marketing strategy to achieve revenue target from clients, handle budget, report & client invoices.
- Analyze data and serve the best report to clients.
- Collaborate with internal team: brief and research.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant.
- 6+ years experience Account Executive/ Management/ Client Service role.
- Proven track record successfully managing accounts in Digital Marketing/ Advertising Agency.
- Energetic, strong communication and negotiation skill, willing to work in flexible hours.
- In-depth understanding of technology and online marketing tools: website, social media platforms, etc.
- Profesional English, both writing and speaking.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Collaborative Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar and more).
- Hands on experience with Social Media Management, KOL/Influencer Marketing, SEO/SEM and CRM software is a plus point.
