- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business.
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the home and living consumer packaged goods industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Offer and Negotiation: If the candidate is selected, an offer is extended, and negotiations may take place regarding salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
- Onboarding: Once the offer is accepted, the candidate goes through the onboarding process to integrate them into the company and their new role.
