The Mission of this role is to drive numbers of job listings on the marketplace to build a foundational ratio between jobs and talents for network effects. Ensure the employer user experience on the marketplace is coherent and drive end-quarter customer satisfaction results.
We’re looking for an Account Management Team Leader to join our Marketplace Monetization team, to help grow our company in Indonesia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring to achieve team and individual monthly job listings target
- Acquire or reactivate companies based on employer segmentation
- Sourcing and acquiring job listings via outbound cold calls to well-known employers
- Maintain productivity or all account managers on track
- Build and growth the new acquisitions team member for marketplace monetisation
- Supervise and lead all account managers
- Coordinate with direct report and related parties to support operations and develop the market
Who We Are Looking For
- Has min.1 years of experience in B2B/Employers Acquisition telesales or cold-calling activity
- Having experience 1 year leading the team
- Experience working in Job portal, banking, insurance, and tech company would be a plus point
- Target Oriented: Able to meet the department target, whatever it takes
- Good Time Management: Self-organized person to maintain productivity between supervise the team, sourcing, calling and other possible administrative task
- Leadership: Supervise and maintain relationships with all Account Managers Maintain all Account Managers productivity on track
- Proactively Customer- Obsessed: Shows sensitivity toward customer needs, able to gain deep understanding of users and develop solutions that meet their needs
- Excellent questioning skills: Knows how to collect info in a question format where can help you get objective feedback from the audience without bias . Understands the importance of setting up a hypothesis before collecting the feedback and review.
- Digital savvy
- Good command in English both oral & written
