Requirements :
Mandatory:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management/Business or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities to address business issues
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationship, understand client needs, and manage client expectation
• Have a positive outlook and desire for continuous growth
• Good in English, both written and spoken
• Able to work in high-pressure situations
Job Description :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients, outlining the company’s services and value proposition.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their IT consulting needs and tailor solutions to address those needs effectively.
- Develop account plans that outline strategies for growing revenue, improving client satisfaction, and identifying areas for service improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on project progress, financials, and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and project management teams to ensure a unified approach in serving client accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and managing client communications.
- Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service quality and address any issues promptly.
- Create and execute programs for sales purposes within their accounts, e.g: Discount, Cashback, etc
