Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably in Education, Management, HR or related majors
- Has experience managing administration matters at the company level for at least 1,5 years.
- Can maintain an up-to-date record/data/forms/assessments/scores
- Able to display good folder organizing skills and task management skills
- Able to efficiently use Google Spreadsheet, Google Slides, Google Meet, Google Invitations, and other Google features.
- Can pay particular attention to details and can multitask
- People person and can maintain good communication among team and staff
- Has a Growth Mindset and Can-do Attitude
- Meticulous and can act promptly to given tasks
- Can work under pressure
- Able to communicate in Written English and Spoken English is a plus
- Being Up to date with the latest trends in Social media and local and International News is a plus
Responsibilities :
- The Training administrator’s main responsibility is organizing employees and managing training data for the company. This includes duties like updating data training, managing schedules, meeting rooms, records, and other related administrative tasks.
- The Training administrator is also responsible for researching, planning, and arranging various training events and programs for all levels of management within the company
- The job may also include reaching out to attendees and other department representatives regarding training programs, scheduling the appropriate classroom and ensuring the physical setup or equipment such as audiovisual equipment is well prepared.
- It also includes distributing training materials and aids such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms and visual aids, and/or conducting orientation presentations for new employees.
