Job description for Therapist & Concierge at Filmore Pharma
1. Patient Assessment and Care:
- Provide professional and attentive care throughout treatment sessions, ensuring clients/patients feel comfortable and relaxed.
- Assist patients to the photo room for before and after treatments
- Provide snacks and beverages
- Helping new patients to register and sign up
- Keeping track of where the patient is in their journey in the clinic to ensure patients does not wait too long
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment, following clinic protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist specialists with examinations, procedures, and other services as needed, as well as perform beauty treatments or therapeutic interventions according to the clinic's specialization, which may include:
2) Beauty treatments: Facials, massages, body wraps, and other beauty procedures.
- Therapeutic interventions: Massage therapy, acupuncture, reflexology, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, or other holistic treatments.
3) Patient Education:
- Educate clients/patients on skincare, wellness practices, and homecare routines to maintain results and promote long-term health and beauty.
- Walking through with the patient on consent forms and educating patient on procedures
- Provide clear and understandable instructions regarding medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Promote health and wellness through preventive care initiatives, screenings, and patient education.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients/patients, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer patient questions and address concerns related to their healthcare.
D) Collaboration with Healthcare Team:
- Collaborate with other clinic staff, such as physicians, estheticians, or holistic practitioners, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and timely interventions.
E) Record Keeping (Administrative):
- Maintain accurate records of client/patient assessments, treatment plans, and session notes in the EMR.
- Uploading customer photos for patient profile
- Uploading customer lab reports to their patient profile
- Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in a timely and thorough manner.
- Ensure patients have signed off on debited procedures and services within the clinic
F) Patient Advocacy:
- Advocate for patients' needs and preferences within the healthcare setting.
- Collaborate with patients and specialists to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and values.
