Job description for Technical Support Engineer at Pt. Inovasi Anak Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system and networks.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical customer support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Ready to be mobile from one place to another place
- Measure service satisfaction levels
- Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process
- Assisting with IT equipment sourcing and budgeting
- Providing guidance needed to IT Support Team
- Maintain deployment and versioning of application
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-year of experience as Support Engineer
- Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with database engines such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving, written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
