Main job:
- Reviewing & analyzing organizational Structure & Job Analyis Annually.
- Updating Man Power Planning.
- Help employees to make and maintain OKRs for the division.
- Conceptualizing KPI and assisting the team in establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Building programs to strengthen the Organizational Culture
- Design Employee Satisfaction and Recognition Program
- Review and develop Performance Appraisal
- Develop all SOPs related to Talent Acquisition and assessment
- coverage of HR management programs (promotions, demotions, treatment and rotation)
- Monitor the OJT employee promotion process
- Conduct employee evaluations for new employees
- Planning of Training, starting from TNA (Training Need Analysis) to CoT (Calendar of Training)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience in organizational and people development
- Having good communication skills, sociable and detail-oriented
- Familiar with Training Management and Competency Dictionary
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
