Qualifications:
- Must possessed a bachelor's degree from any relevant major;
- Have 0-5 experiences in the same position; and
- Have the competency of Project Management, Training Need Analysis, Culture Enablement, Succession Planning, and Career Path.
Job Description:
- Identify training needs and design programs to ensure alignment of individual capabilities with organizational needs;
- Manage learning and development programs to enhance employee skills & proactively propose improvements in the effectiveness of learning programs;
- Develop and manage end-to-end Talent Management program, including career path and framework;
- Develop succession plans and talent pipelines to ensure the continuity of key roles & proactively propose improvements in the effectiveness of talent management practices;
- Design programs to foster a Sharia and positive organizational culture that reflects the company's values and mission;
- Lead the implementation and execution of culture programs to improve people engagement; and
- Implement initiatives to strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
