- Student Progress Monitoring:
- Regularly assessing students' progress.
- Providing feedback on their performance and areas for improvement.
- Student Support and Guidance:
- Assisting students with any questions or concerns related to their Coding learning journey.
- Offering guidance on study strategies, resources, and practice materials.
- Sales and Retention:
- Promoting additional courses or services to existing students, e.g. : Holiday Camp, Coding Competition.
- Encouraging student retention and renewal.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Managing student records, attendance, and scheduling.
- Coordinating with other team members and departments.
- Customer Service:
- Ensuring a positive experience for students and addressing any issues promptly.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a customer service representative or a similar position is preferred.
- Good communication skills and friendliness in interacting with customers.
- Customer service that is oriented towards customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the company's products or services
