Job description for Staff of Fund Accounting at PT Bank DBS Indonesia
About The Job:
To process all Fund Manager transaction, deliver customised or mandatory reporting
required on timely manner.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure daily activity valuation has been executed properly and provide correct NAV (with correct pricing, accrual and adjustment) including the checking of NAV/unit on newspaper has been done.
- Ensure all investment transaction and journal has been updated into system properly and all client instruction has been executed properly.
- Ensure all corporate action and other event related on ex date has been updated into system.
- Ensure documentation has been completed and saved properly.
- Monitor client instruction has been executed by settlement system properly, escalate and follow up for any delayed or mismatch to head of Fund Admin.
- Process all accrual income and expense include daily tax accrual (if any) have been created in the system.
- Report/upload NAV report, Daily and monthly OJK report has been processed correctly on timely manner.
- Cover other team whenever he/she is on leave.
What You Need To Have:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- Having Brevet A and B certification (preferred).
- Having strong knowledge and experienced regarding Intermediate Accounting (Investment) activities.
- Having good knowledge on Capital Market Regulation.
- Having good knowledge on the relevant Tax regulation.
- Having sufficient knowledge on Custody / Back Office applications.
