Job description for Staff Marketing at KYZN Family Sport & Wellness Club
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of our organization's marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for generating leads from offline partnerships or activations, creating marketing campaigns and promotions, handling offline media and press release marketing communications, managing event activations to generate leads, managing public relations and partnerships, and handling sponsorships.
Lead Generation:
1. Identify and establish partnerships with offline entities to generate leads for our products/services.
2. Plan and execute activations and events to attract potential customers and generate quality leads.
3.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and maximize conversion rates.
Marketing Campaigns:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.
2. Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to effectively target key demographics.
3. Create compelling marketing messages and design impactful visuals to engage the target audience.
Promotions:
1. Design and implement promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging promotional materials across various channels.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions to optimize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
Offline Media and Press Release Marketing:
1. Coordinate and manage offline media channels, such as print, radio, and outdoor advertising.
2. With the copywriter, produce effective press releases and distribute them through appropriate channels.
3. Cultivate relationships with media outlets and act as a spokesperson for the organization when required.
Event Activation:
1. Plan, organize, and execute impactful events that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
2. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics.
3. Measure event success and provide recommendations for improvement.
Public Relations and Partnership:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners.
2. Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and increase market share.
Sponsorship Management:
1. Identify relevant sponsorship opportunities aligned with our target audience and brand objectives.
2. Negotiate sponsorship agreements and manage sponsor relationships.
3. Measure the impact and success of sponsorships and provide reports on ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. ( Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, and event management.
- Strong knowledge of offline marketing channels and promotional strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
