Responsibilities :
- Coordinate new employee recruitment, including but not limited to : job posting, screening, conduct interviews, salary negotiations, offer and contract letters, and all on-boarding processes.
- Register, manage, and mantain accurate employee records, compensation, BPJS TK&Kesehatan and/or insurance - ensuring compliance and regulations are met.
- Administer and process attendance & payroll, while working closely with the finance/tax team to enure accurate calculations and payment.
- Coordinate, arrange, and mantain business travels as required.
- Perfom General Administrations tasks, including but not limited to: supplies and operations management, facilities and inventory maintenance, building liasion, etc.
- Be informed and up to date on current HR-related government rules & regulations to best support and make reccomendations to employees and the company.
- Develop, implement, monitor HR strategies and inititives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Report to management and provide desicion support through HR metrics.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
Qualifications :
- Minimum one year's experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management (strong knowledge of HRD practices, policies, and procedures)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstrative, Psychology Human Resources, or related field.
- Required competencies : recruitment, payroll, employee relations, BPJS/compesation, HR administrative, and general affairs.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Detail oriented and organized personality, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
