Job Description:
A Social Media Strategist at Firstpage is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall social media strategy for our clients. You will work closely with our marketing, and advertising teams to ensure that each brand’s online presence aligns with their marketing goals and objectives, while directly communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to create digital funnels that work and generate healthy ROAS.
- Research and analyze competitor social media strategies and trends to develop innovative and effective strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce high-quality content that is consistent with the brand's voice and style.
- Foster relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and key stakeholders in the industry.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Monitor social media analytics using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to evaluate the performance of campaigns and strategies.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to reach the target audience and drive conversions.
- Monitor and manage the social media advertising budget to ensure ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement new social media platforms, tools, and strategies to reach the target audience effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and branding.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa).
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using GPT Chat.
