Job description for Social Media Specialist at Di Studio Post House
Responsibilities
-Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
-Develop a monthly editorial plan.
-Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
-Produce and edit high-quality visual and written content that resonates with our target audience.
-Monitor and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand voice and messaging consistency.
-Build Engagement with followers and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
-Experiment with new ideas and formats to drive user engagement and virality.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management.
-Demonstrated success in creating viral content and growing social media presence.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
-Average Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be located in or near Jakarta and available to start immediately.
-Willing to work in a contract by every three months (project based)
