Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts etc).
• Develop a content calendar that aligns with overall marketing objectives.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote content launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with the team for effective promotions.
• Collaborate with the production & creative team to ensure visually appealing and cohesive content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of social media with broader marketing efforts.
• Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and brands for collaborations, sponsorships, and promotions to expand the brand's reach, sales and visibility.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
• Provide regular reports and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and evolving industry trends.
Requirement:
• All field
• Experienced with the same position or related field min. 2 year
• Have analytical skills in social media performance
• Experience in creating content and making tool (Canva, Capcut/Premiere Pro) is a must
• Proactive, open mindset, hard and smart work, team-work manners
