Job description for Social Media Specialist Performance at JIC Digital Media
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audience research and analysis to understand the target market and their behavior on social media.
- Develop a Meta Ads advertising strategy that is integrated with the company's overall marketing strategy.
- Create and manage various types of Meta Ads, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network ads.
- Monitor and optimize Meta Ads performance on a regular basis.
- Report the results and analysis of Meta Ads performance to the marketing team.
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to create attractive and effective advertising content.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing and performance advertising.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Meta Ads platform, including Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
- Able to conduct research and data analysis independently.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
- Have good English language skills.
