Job description for Social Media Specialist / Content Creator at PT. Mira Putra Sinar Persada
Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, that aligns with Forbee brand identity and values.
- Content Scheduling and Posting: Plan and schedule social media posts in advance, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content to maximize audience engagement.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms, fostering positive interactions and building relationships with the audience.
- Influencer and Brand Collaboration: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and brands for collaborations, sponsorships, and promotions to expand the brand's reach and visibility.
- Campaign Management: Conceptualize, execute, and track the performance of social media campaigns, including giveaways, contests, and product launches, to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track key social media metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the consumer goods or e-commerce industry. Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations is highly desirable.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to ideate and produce engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with the online community and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms to track performance metrics, derive insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and stay updated on emerging social media trends and best practices.
