As we continue to redefine the boundaries of innovation in sportswear, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media marketing initiatives and drive our brand to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across various online platforms, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEM, SEO, and display advertising, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Lead the development of compelling and targeted content for digital channels, collaborating with the creative team to produce high-quality assets that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our brand identity.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creative, and performance tracking, to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights, informing the development of strategic marketing initiatives and product offerings.
Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics, generating actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and drive business growth.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and deliver a seamless brand experience for customers.
Requirements :
At least 3 years of working experience in related position.
Experience in related industry (Brand, FMCG, Technology, and Agency) will be a plus
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging social media campaigns
Ability to do ads in social media & marketplace
