- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, & YouTube) aligned with Tissor brand objectives and target audience.
- Lead content planning efforts, including ideation, creation, and scheduling of engaging and relevant content across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok etc
- Stay updated on retail industry specifically in technologies & FMGC best practices, emerging trends, and platform updates to continuously enhance Tissor's social media presence and effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain content pillars to ensure consistency and cohesiveness in messaging and branding.
- Preparing a long-term plan for social media planning, especially for Tissor’s upcoming product launches
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- In charge of scheduling and monitoring the timeline, as well as making sure the right posts are uploaded on time
- Create and manage Ad boosting/promotion strategies on all social media platforms effectively and efficiently
- Manage a team of social media, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for optimization.
- Min. Bachelor of Marketing, Public Relation, Communication or related field
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in brand building experience, with proven track record of leading succesful digital centric brand campaign experience
- Min 1 year experience as Social Media Manager
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
