Shipment Operation Staff
Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with various teams in handling new client onboarding process (understanding client needs, introducing products and features, and ensuring the client system implementation process runs smoothly)
- Provide training to new clients to ensure they can use the company's products properly
- Become the main PIC in communicating with clients so that you can provide technical support for problems faced, collect feedback, and maintain the level of client satisfaction
- Analyze report data and identify product development opportunities to increase client satisfaction, get new clients, and expand company product services in the future
- Communicate with the 3PL team, Customers, and Internal teams to ensure delivery preparations are carried out on time and according to agreement (including arranging and monitoring delivery schedules, accuracy of pickup from expedition parties, price agreements, etc.)
- Responsible for preparing, process, and archiving documents that related to shipment products such as invoices, claims for lost or damaged packages and other required documents
- Ensuring all client delivery processes run smoothly, (tracking deliveries and providing updates to customers; as well as resolving delivery problems such as delays, damage, or changes in customer needs)
- Prepare regular reports on delivery performance, including delivery times, costs, and service quality.
- Analyze delivery performance and look for ways to continually increase customer satisfaction and ensure products and deliveries comply with local and international regulations.
Qualifications:
- Min 1-2 years experience as Customer Support/Account Manager/Operations or related position.
- Previous Experience in E-Commerce, Logistic/Shipment or Warehouse Management is a must for this position
- Posses good understanding of flow and detail in Shipment & Logistic Area
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- The capacity to work well within a team.
- Attention to detail and logical thinking.
- The capacity to explain a technical problem to a customer. Followed with excellent problem-solving solution
- Must be willing to work in WFO arrangement, placement in Jakarta Selatan.
