As a Senior Administrative Tender Specialist, you will play crucial role in managing and overseeing the tender process within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and administer tender submissions, ensuring compliance with the established guidelines and requirements. You will collaborate with various internal departments, external stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate successful tender bids. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of tender strategies, maintain accurate documentation, and provide guidance to junior team members.

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or related field. Relevant certifications in procurement or tender management are desirable.
2. At least 5 years experience in managing and coordinating tender processes, preferably in a senior administrative or procurement role.
3. Strong understanding of tendering procedures, legal requirements, and Industry best practices. Familiarity with public sector tenders is an advantage.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors.
5. Proficient in conducting market research, analyzing data, and synthesizing information to support tender bids and strategic decision-making.
6. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintining attention to detail.
7. Proactive approach to problem-solving, ability to anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions to ensure succesful tender submissions.
8. Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
9. Profiecient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
10. Demonstrated ethical conduct, adherence to confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
