We are currently looking for a Senior Accounting & Tax :
Responsibilities :
Create and Manage Financial Statement
• Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team on the completion of necessary documentation and support data for financial statements.
Ensure Tax Compliance
• Prepare and file various tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and property tax filings, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Stay updated on changes to tax laws and regulations and advise management on potential impacts and opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance on tax planning initiatives to minimize the organization's tax liabilities.
• Review and reconcile financial data, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and tax roles. Candidate must have min. 1 year experience working in a public accounting firm (KAP).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CA or CPMA certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesia’s tax regulations. Brevet AB preferred.
• Advanced skills in Ms. Excel and proficiency in accounting software Accurate.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills with the ability to discuss and present outputs delivered.
• Integrity and ethical conduct in handling sensitive financial information.
• Adaptability to evolving regulatory requirements and business needs.
