Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques (mostly B2B).
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our facilities and medical services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and customer data in CRM software (HubSpot).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
