Job description for Sales Online Staff at Apotek Perdays Indonesia
Job Requirements:
- Domicile in Jabodetabek
- Basic English proficiency, and Chinese proficiency is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Online Staff in Beauty/Healthcare product are preferred
- Have a good understanding about product, price and market place
- Have knowledge of advertisement and rules in various e-commerce platforms such as Shopee,Tokopedia and more
- Can operate Ms. Office (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel, Power Point)
- Have a good interpersonal skill, teamwork, active and have sense of responsibility to work and account
- Have a good at communication and persuasion, to attract customer to buy our product
- Willing and have ability to learn, problem solving and solution oriented person
Job Descriptions :
- Selling product on e-commerce to achieve sales target
- Develop and implement strategic marketing strategies
- Analyze created marketing campaigns
- Work with the team to produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
- Manage marketplace accounts or company sales websites: upload products, update stock and product prices
- Answer incoming customer questions and discussions
- Establish good relationships with customers
- Monitor market trends and competitors
