Job Description:
- Identify the competitive analysis and research of existing markets to know the right schools to work with
- Responsible for conducting promotions and developing sales promotion plans for schools
- Work closely with schools to obtain data-driven insights and recommendations to understand the impact and success of programs' collaboration
- Identify the strategy to keep a great ongoing relationship with current schools and offer new ways to grow the partnership (relevance, reach, and revenue)
- Maintain dan develop team to achieve the company's goals
Requirements:
- Preferably min. 3 years of experience in a related field or similar position
- Passionate in education and have knowledge about the funding landscape for education in Indonesia
- Preferably have an experience as a Team Leader
- Outstanding presentation & communication skills
- Excellent professional and interpersonal skills
- Result-driven and target-oriented
