JOB DESCRIPTION
SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities/ Scope Of Role:
1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Reporting to Sales Manager , Branch Manager and CRM.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
3. Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors (pricing,
products etc).
4. Sales Presentations:
• Prepare, customise and deliver persuasive and specific sales presentations to
customers.
• Highlight the value proposition and unique selling points of products or services.
5. Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate pricing and terms and conditions with customers with the purpose to close
sales deals.
• Handle sales contracts (product registration - if any) and all post sales related
paperwork.
6. Marketing and Promotion
• Plan for participation in trade/industry related events and exhibitions.
• Liaise with event organisers and execute plans for event participation in your location.
• Make sure all marketing material including brochures, videos and give-aways are
available at the branch/office.
• Make sure the branch/office has marketing material on display including wall posters,
brochures and other related material.
7. Reporting and Budgeting
• Weekly movements via sales itinerary and weekly reports must be submitted to the
Sales Manager, CRM
• Monthly sales forecast must be submitted (with a forecast for the coming 3 months) to
the Sales Manager,CRM
• At the end of the year, the next year’s sales budgets must be prepared and presented
to the Sales Manager and Management for approval,CRM.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma & 3 years working experiences in marketing and sales of industrial
equipment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an
added advantage.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within your territory.
• Salary package will be reviewed base on your qualifications and experiences.
