Job Description
As our Property Manager, you have an important role for the company. You will get a lot of opportunities to meet new people. Responsibility :
- As a Liaison Officer to our clients, they will trust you to find and show them apartment units according to their need
- Be an integral part in terms of communications between landlords and the potential clients
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Strong knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, negotiating, and closing the sale
Notes: candidates must be open to doing the sales activity in South Jakarta nearby areas (Mobile Working).
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably experienced in property industry
- Required skills: negotiation, selling skills & positive attitude
- Working Days: Weekends & Public Holiday (if needed)
- Willingness to spend time out of the office or mobile working
- Own a personal vehicle & active driving license (SIM A / SIM C)
