CLP Group engages in various businesses, including commodity trade, distribution of basic and performance chemicals, waste and water treatment solutions, leather chemicals, construction and waterproofing specialist works, manufacturing, and others.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive (Food Chemical - Performance Chemical Division) at PT CLP Indonesia located in Surabaya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales negotiations and contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for providing market intelligence and assisting in the development of sales strategies and plans.
Qualifications
• Proven experience for 1 - 2 years in sales and business development in related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Knowledge of the chemical industry and market trends
• Goal-oriented with a drive for results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree is a must (related field will be prioritized)
• Fluency in English is a must
