Job description for Sales Executive Electronics - Jakarta at PT. Esecodharma Permai
PT Esecodharma Permai was established in 1994 and has been serving in industries of printing and electronic. Our main products is Tamura in the Electronic industries and Arocoats for the Printing Industries.
We are working towards partnership with all customers and passionate commitment to quality, action and innovation directed towards a continous improvement in its speed of response, reliability service and cost effectiveness so that it can always be its customer's preferred supplier in its chosen fields.
We are currently seeking qualified sales executives in Jakarta for our Electronic divisions. The Sales will manage full sales cycle including outdoor sales, presentation, quotation, sales order and after sales follow-up etc. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Suppliers / Principal, New and Existing Customers based within an assigned sales territory.
The Key Responsibilities are as follow :
1. Sales
- Work closely with Suppliers / Principals and manage existing and new customers to ensure sales target are met
- Develop and implement effective sales strategy that meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
- Responsible for entire sales cycle including outdoor sales, quotation, sales order, and delivery follow-up
- Conduct sales forecast and analysis and provide updates of Sales Progress Report to management
- To provide product training and conduct presentations to customer
- Proactively identify customer needs and concerns and respond with timely, accurate & effective solutions
- To handle sales enquiries and prepare quotations
2. Marketing & PR
- Establish and maintain strong business relationship with existing and new potential customers
- Coordinate and participate in industry trade show, seminars, and forums for purpose of identifying potential product sales lead and networking opportunities
- Conduct market research and identify new market opportunities
3. Other Sales Duties
- Work closely with both internal and external parties to ensure the sales process run smoothly
- Ad hoc urgent local order delivery
The requirements are as follow :
a. Academic Qualification
- Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Robotics Engineering / Business Management or Equivalent
b. Language
- Spoken in both English, Mandarin
- Written in English
c. Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Words, PowerPoint), ERP System
d. Work Experience
- Min 4-5 Years of sales & marketing experience
