Job description for Sales Development Representative at Chronicle
- Conducting discovery calls and managing email communications to secure demonstration opportunities for Account Executives.
- Crafting, refining, and enhancing email sequences and sales scripts for efficacy.
- Assisting the Sales Manager with outbound sales activities and strategies.
- Managing the sales pipeline, optimising lead progression, and ensuring effective funnel movement.
- Organising and overseeing our CRM, maintaining regular sales activity reports and forecasts.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to tailor the customer journey according to varying personas.
- Soliciting and incorporating client feedback to inform and guide product development.
