Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets for the Tour & Travel division.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners to expand the customer base.
3. Stay informed about the company's tour packages, travel services, and offerings to effectively communicate and sell to clients.
4. Understand client needs and preferences to tailor travel solutions, create compelling proposals, and provide personalized recommendations.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify business opportunities.
6. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build a strong professional network and promote the company's services.
7. Promote a positive and proactive working culture within the Sales Team;
8. Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the travel industry
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Target result oriented
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
