Job description for Sales & Office Administration at PT Southern Tristar
Qualifications & experience :
- Maximum age 30 years old.
- Minimum D3 or S1, any major (Min. GPA 3.00).
- Working experience of minimum 2 years (Past experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, or Manufacturing industry is a plus).
- Preferably having exposure and experience with tender documents, handling quotation and follow up, production and maintaining customer database, company license, etc.
- Proficient in business correspondents (English & Bahasa).
- Great oral and written English is a must.
- Proficient in Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and PowerPoint.
- Great analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent team work and able to multitask.
- Have professional look, pleasant personality and fast learner.
Tasks & responsibilities :
- Handle orders via email or phone, ensuring data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.
- Provide support for sales representatives to help achieve the team's goals.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records diligently.
- Develop and present monthly sales reports, analyzing trends and results.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally within the company.
- Stay informed about new products and features to effectively support sales activities.
