Job Description:
1. Responsible for maintaining and managing the sales work in the country, coordinating with the back office of the headquarters to develop sales policies and processes, and improving sales performance and customer satisfaction; And ensure the annual sales target is achieved;
2, responsible for connecting with customers (major L1 countries), establishing and maintaining customer relationships (L2, L3 channels and other customers, etc.), cooperating with the headquarters market side to carry out marketing plans, and continuing to build the brand in local countries;
3. Understand sellin &sellout, inventory dynamics, product public opinion, etc., and coordinate internal functional blocks for processing, etc.;
4. Participate in market research, understand the market dynamics and competitors, and put forward sales strategies and suggestions;
5, docking upstream suppliers covered by the industry, and maintain good cooperation relations, such as Nvidia, Intel, etc.;

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, CET-6 or above, Indonesian can be used as the working language.

7. 本地人,懂中文(听说读写),对行业有一定了解;
职位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,CET-6及以上,能使用印尼语作为工作语言;
2. 5年以上消费电子行业销售经验,有相关客户资源者优先;
3. 具有市场拓展和执行能力,良好的沟通、表达和客户关系管理能力,熟练应用各种办公软件,形象良好;
4. 强大的渠道管理能力,善于团队管理,提高团队凝聚力和业绩。
