Job description for Risk Management Specialist at PT. ISS Indonesia
Requirements:
- Min. holds Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferrable Accounting or Finance major
- Have a minimum 5 years of professional experience in risk management or similar role
- Have a Risk Management Certification (e.g., ERMCP, CRMA,CRMO) is advantage
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team
Responsibilities:
- Initiation and coordination of the risk activities as per Group Risk Management’s Guidelines
- Providing guidance and facilitation for Risk Owners
- Collection, review and constructive challenge of relevant information received from the Risk Owners
- Acquiring approval for risks from Country Management
- Maintenance of risk documentation (e.g. Country Risk Register, risk assessments)
- Monitoring of risks with respect to adopted risk appetite level and escalation of breaches to Group Risk Management
- Realization of reporting obligation towards Country Management and Group Risk Management
- Responsible to managing Country Insurance Arrangement
