Job description for Refund Trainer with GDS Experience at ATI Business Group
Role of Purposes:
Support for our business in the travel sector involves the refund ticket process. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in GDS, has analytical thinking, and has strong communication skills as a trainer. You will prepare, conduct Refund training, and create the required notes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Refund training for existing members or new members
- Ensure the quality & effectiveness of each given training, design effective training programs
- Support and mentor trainees to achieve the best performance as per client expectation
- Maintain & upskill knowledge, systems, and skills in a scope of work
- Work side by side with Operations to capture and document new products and the processes from existing and new clients
- Create syllabus, process notes/ modules related to Refund, and keep it updated
- Be responsible for trainee’s attendance record
- Manage training schedule and training requests for Refund
- Develop a program to assess the training need
- Create a Training Evaluation Form at the end of the training for training assessment and results
- Support Operations team in doing production when needed
- Submit production tracker and schedule report to the leader
- Share the progress of current training periodically with the leader
