General Descriptions:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection process (onsite interview-onboarding) for Staff level both Production and Office Dept (job posting, screening, initial interview, scheduling user interview, administering psychological tests, etc)
- Build and maintain good relations with hiring managers and external parties
- Organising internship program from vocational schools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as a Recruiter, preferably in garment industry
- Good knowledge of English and communicative
- Able to work independently and/or with a team
- Excellent organizational skills, enjoy meeting targets and tight deadlines
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Commits to ongoing learning and self-development
